LeadMaster has two types of end user agreement.

The End User License Agreement comprises the Terms & Conditions for the supply of LeadMaster Software-as-a-Service application.

The Services Agreement comprises the Terms & Conditions for the supply of sales and marketing services other than the LeadMaster SaaS application.

Privacy

At LeadMaster, we respect the privacy of our customers and all visitors to our web site.

LeadMaster is committed to ensuring the security of personal data and providing full disclosure with regard to information gathering and dissemination practices related to the LeadMaster web site. This Privacy Statement explains how personal information about users of the web site is collected, used, shared and safeguarded.

Information automatically logged

When you visit the LeadMaster website, our server collects your IP address (the Internet address of your computer). Your IP address is not linked to any personal information. Your browser may also automatically supply information about the type of computer and operating system that you are using. This information is used to monitor website usage and performance, diagnose problems with our server and improve the LeadMaster website.

Cookies

The LeadMaster site uses cookies to tailor the content of the website to your interests and, if you so choose, to save your password so that you can log on automatically during future visits.

Voluntary information

In certain sections of the website, LeadMaster may request personal information, such as your e-mail address, mailing address or telephone number. LeadMaster uses this information to respond to inquiries, correspond with interested customers and partners, carry out sales of LeadMaster products and services, provide support, set up product demonstrations, administer site registration and subscribe users to LeadMaster publications. In addition, LeadMaster uses the personal information you provide to update you on LeadMaster products and service offerings.

Use of information

LeadMaster does not currently share, sell, trade, lend or otherwise disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties without consent. Under certain circumstances, we do share this information with LeadMaster Partners so that they can provide you with information on complementary products and services.
